Some helpful hints we've learnt a long the way

All ways try to keep the age range of the children the same, the party will flow better if you have older siblings we will make them feel special they will be chief helper. Mixed age parties can lead to disruption.

Remember the size of your venue you need a lot of space for kids to play. If you can higher a hall its a lot less mess for you and people will leave at the end of your paty.And for every child their will be at least one  parent.

Please try not to serve drinks or food until your meal time and start with  your savoury food first follow by cakes this ensures your food not wasted. If you are doing adult food serve that at the same time

Set aside a table for present by the door. This will

stop people walking round with presents.
